Join Our Team: Maintenance and Safety Manager Needed in Blue Ash, OH Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Safety Manager to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. Responsibilities: -Promote safe work practices and manage the operation, maintenance service, and repairs of facilities and equipment. -Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and related costs. -Guide the team to promptly address equipment abnormalities reported by production. -Develop and implement equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for optimal production conditions. -Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance of production equipment. -Oversee building space allocation, layout, and facility expansion. -Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance cost management. -Conduct safety inspections, and investigations, and lead fire prevention and emergency response activities. Competencies: -Customer/Client Focus -Technical Capacity -Communication Proficiency -Problem Solving/Analysis -Project Management Required Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s or associate’s degree with technical training in plant engineering or factory/plant maintenance, or equivalent professional experience. -Facilities management experience in the printing industry. -Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive maintenance experience, including 2-3 years managing safety programs.
