As a Solder, your responsibilities will include the following: -Use hand soldering techniques on machine outputs to finalize product assembly and repair bridges. -Perform mechanical assembly, clipping, and cleaning. -Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products. -De-panel printed circuit boards. -Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision. -Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations. -Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers. -Learn and practice standard operating procedures. -Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management. -Handle confidential information with tact and discretion. -Other duties as assigned.

-Prior soldering experience -prefer lead-free solder experience -Ability to solder on various printed circuit boards / Thru Hold and Surface Mount boards -Ability to use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products. -Attention to detail is a must -Must be able to inspect small items for accuracy visually -Must be able to handle small parts -Must have manual dexterity -Must have basic computer skills -Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems and good problem-solving skills -Must be dependable and have good attendance and work ethic -Be able to lift 25 lbs.
