DETAILS
1st Shift |
Location: Columbus, OH.
About the role
– Use hand soldering techniques on machine outputs to finalize product assembly and repair bridges.
– Perform mechanical assembly, clipping and cleaning.
– Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products.
– De-panel printed circuit boards.
– Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision.
– Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations.
– Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse group of employees and customers.
– Learn and practice standard operating procedures.
– Maintain prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by management.
– Handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
– HAVE PRIOR SOLDIER EXPERIENCE
– Be fluent in English (reading, writing, & speaking)
– Have manual dexterity: using their hands throughout the entire day with extremely small parts
– Attention-to-detail: have good vision and can stare at small objects for an extended period of time
– Can lift 25 pounds (not repeatedly, but throughout the day)
– Basic computer skills
Good problem-solving / troubleshooting skills
– Ability to use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products.
– Hobbies that require hand soldering such as robot building, building circuits and devices would make good candidates
