Job Duties: – Independently set and pursue office goals and objectives within the company’s framework, developing business plans and budgets to ensure profitability. – Grow a client base through your own lead generation initiatives, utilizing cold calling, external sources, efficiently managing client contracts, and providing clients strategic staffing consultation. – Source and hire a high-performing office team, including recruiting coordinators, aligning with the company’s mission and standards. Job Requirements
