Role and Responsibilities Our resin manufacturing company is seeking Blending Operators to facilitate the manufacturing of resin. Operators will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, mixing, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products. Blending Operators also ensure machinery and reactors operate adequately. We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic laborers who can perform in a plant working environment with varying climates seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level in terms of quality and environmentally safe products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load reactors with materials (chemicals) in various stages. Monitor and observe the process to ensure the flow of the process is not interrupted. Monitor control boards that control process temperatures to meet specifications. Perform sampling and testing on hot resin to ensure products meet specifications. Ensures the work area is clean and free of debris. Responsible for moving materials to staging areas. Adhere to safety guidelines dictation of the handling of materials in a factory. Ensure that deadlines are met. Report issues or problems to the immediate Team Lead or Supervisor. Complete daily tasks as required. Other duties as assigned. Assist in other departments as needed; cross-training provided.

Ability to speak, read, and write in English. Blending/mixing experience Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. General math. 3 years’ experience in plant, foundry, mills, manufacturing, or construction. Must pass drug and background screens. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
