Crown Staffing is looking for a Press Brake Set-up Operator for a metal manufacturer near Germantown, WI. In this role, communication of quality expectations and monitoring of In-process Checks will be a key deliverable. This role will assist other team members in their skill development when setting-up the Turret Press to complete daily production schedule Pay Range starts at $18 and up based on experience WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP 4 AMADA TURRET PRESSES

Qualifications of the Turret Press Operator: • Must have experience working within a team-based environment – and exhibit good communication skills. • 1 – 2 Years of Experience in Machine Set-up/Programming and Operation of Turret Press equipment. • Proficient in reading blueprints, solid math skills and use of measurement tools. • High attention to details – supporting Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives. * WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP 4 AMADA TURRET PRESSES Why work for Crown? • Get paid weekly! • We offer benefits after 30 days • Trial to hire opportunities!
