-A line captain is responsible for working in the manufacturing of a product and ensuring the line is running in an efficient manner. -Performs all tasks in a safe manner observing cGMP and quality standards. -Ability to work with minimal supervision while remaining productive at all times. – Must be able to follow written procedures / work instructions. -Must be able to work in a team environment. -Must be results focused and oriented toward accomplishment of team and organizational goals. -Must be able to work flexible hours to include overtime when needed. -Must possess the ability to follow the instructions. -Must be willing to work in an environment where producing high quality volume output is the key. -Must be willing to learn and work to the best of his abilities. -Must be able to communicate to line workers and provide guidance as needed.
