Responsibilities of the QA Supervisor: – Implementing and monitoring all Food Quality and Food Safety Programs, overseeing and supporting QA Techs -conduct control point direct observations, environmental sampling, document review, document management, and product evaluations. – QA Tech training (orientation & routine refresher).

Requirements of the QA Supervisor – High School Diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s Degree in science – Competency in basic math, computer & writing skills -1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred – Microsoft Word and Excel experience required – HACCP – Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point formalized training preferred
