Full-time position Electro Mechanic Requirements ? At least 2-3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance. ? Strong hands-on injection molding processing and troubleshooting abilities. ? Experience with machines and tooling maintenance procedures preferred. ? Knowledge of robotics and auxiliary equipment used with plastic injection molding is a plus. ? Must be able to pass Category 2 electrical safe work practices standards. ? Must supply and maintain your own tools. About the Electro Mechanic Role ? Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, performing tasks safely without taking risks. ? Document and perform preventive/predictive maintenance tasks using C-Works to eliminate equipment breakdowns and failures. ? Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime. ? Use technical skills for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment. ? Read and understand mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics. ? Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC and DC drives/motors. ? Modify, read, troubleshoot, and install PLC programs. ?
