Residential Cleaner Job Details Location: Shepherdsville, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour while cleaning | $15.00 per hour for travel time Type: Temp with Intent to Hire About the Residential Cleaner Role Crown Staffing is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join a growing cleaning team serving residential properties in Shepherdsville, KY. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary spaces across various household areas. Key Responsibilities General Cleaning Dust furniture, shelves, baseboards, and surfaces Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hardwood or tile floors Empty trash bins and replace liners Wipe down light switches, windowsills, and mirrors Organize and tidy spaces Kitchen Duties Clean countertops and backsplashes Wipe down exterior of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) Clean inside of microwave Sanitize sink and faucet Wipe cabinet fronts Empty trash and recycling Mop kitchen floors Bathroom Duties Disinfect toilet, sink, tub, and shower Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures Wipe counters and cabinets Replace used towels (if provided) Empty trash and mop floors Bedroom Duties Dust all surfaces, including décor Make beds and change linens if requested Vacuum or mop floors Specialty Tasks Clean interior and exterior windows, including frames and sills Safely use ladders, extension poles, and cleaning tools for elevated surfaces Report any damage or safety concerns immediately Maintain tools and ensure timely arrival and completion of tasks Requirements Previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred Ability to use cleaning equipment safely and effectively Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Friendly, professional communication skills About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
