Receiving
DETAILS
Location: LINCOLNSHIRE, IL.
About the Receiving role
– Receive incoming materials against purchase orders.
– Load and unload trucks from suppliers and other plants.
– Verify the accuracy of all inbound and outbound materials.
– Maintain accurate shipment records for accounting, purchasing, and warranty purposes.
– Use counting scales for precise material counting and inventory adjustments.
– Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure smooth inspection processes.
– Pull, pick, and ship materials as per production schedules.
– Use RF scanners and software (ERP) for receiving and inventory adjustments.
– Ensure materials are correctly located in stockrooms.
– Manage parts movement from receiving to stock and secondary processing lines.
– Learn and perform 7S duties (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, and Security).
– Adhere to HydraForce safety policies and government regulations.
– Assist other material handling areas as needed.
– Measure, weigh, and count products, suggesting improvements where possible.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
– Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
– Basic computer skills.
– Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, stackers, aerial lifts).
– Forklift certification preferred.
– Work primarily in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
– Personal protective equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes.
