Job Description

REPORTS TO MAINTENANCE FOREMAN Part time position: Schedule 11am-4pm Monday-Thursday Pay Rate $15.50 Temp to hire after 30 days Essential Functions: Must be manually able to lift 50 – 75 lbs. Clean and supply all plant restrooms several times daily. Fill supplies in office restrooms. Sweep all main aisles daily (All plant offices, including tool crib and receiving office). Weekly cleaning of all plant telephones. Daily exterior facility garbage pickup. Daily cafeteria cleanup mornings and afternoons. Interior window cleaning. Interior office cleaning and vacuuming where needed. Clean up of areas where assigned, guardrails, wall, etc. Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas. Use touch screen computer to record time and attendance. Inform foreman of supplies needed to be replenished. Performs other duties, as assigned. Will be trained to empty plant garbage and scrap. Must have some type of Lift Truck driving experience for the above mentioned duty. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred Good organization skills. Must be able to read and speak English. The following are some of the things that can be expected when hired on by Electri-Flex: Rate increase ($0.50 – 1.00 depending on position) Benefits at 90 days ($250 bonus, 1 week vacation time, uniforms, health insurance options) Full performance Evaluation at 6 months with the possibility of a rate increase. Job Requirements

This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of the Plant (inside and out) and cafeteria (in assigned building) are clean, neat, and orderly, in conjunction with the Company’s policies and procedures. Duties generally include household cleaning and organizing tasks.
