Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Type: Full Time ( Temp to Hire) Responsibilities: -Assess and monitor patient conditions, collaborate with healthcare teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans. -Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. -Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, injections, and IV therapy. -Maintain open and effective communication with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members. -Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. -Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans, medications, and self-care techniques. -Adhere to all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
