Crown Staffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Associates and Maintenance Technicians to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Hopkinsville, KY. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available! 1st shift- $28.00/hour 2nd shift- $29.00/hour 3rd shift- $30.00/hour 2-3 plus years of Maintenance Technician/Associate experience required Job Summary: -Perform preventative maintenance: keeping machines in a good, clean, and working manner. -Perform corrective maintenance: diagnose problems, determine parts and supplies which needed reparation, assist in mechanical and electrical breakdowns. -Facilities maintenance: equipment and building repair. -Tools: Fixing of tools and equipment’s. -Improve tools and processes. -Maintaining, repairing and building equipment Required Qualifications: -High School diploma or GED -Advanced schooling in hydraulics, programmable logic, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, electrical repair and electronic repair and troubleshooting -Journeyman certificate in maintenance preferred -Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience Critical Success Factors: -Excellent attendance -Ability to resolve maintenance issues -Ability to construct and/or fabricate tables, conveyors, etc. Accuracy of work -Ability to read blueprints and to fabricate from the same Uptime of equipment -Safety and environmental compliance Responsibilities: -Machine repair -Troubleshooting complex electrical and electronic systems -Ensure compliance with Federal/State/ Local safety and environmental regulations -Seek ways to reduce waste, manufacturing byproducts, and hazardous raw materials -Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in different situations -Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations using algebra and trigonometry -Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions -Ability to deal with problems involving many variables in different situations Competency Level 2 includes all intermediate understanding of the processes and functions as they relate to the position as determined by the leadership team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
