RN/LPN – Youth Intake Evaluator Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Pay: $38.00 per hour Type: Full-Time About the RN/LPN – Youth Intake Evaluator Role Crown Staffing is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LPN to provide critical health assessments for youth brought into custody by law enforcement in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for determining whether youth require hospital care or can be transferred to correctional facilities. Candidates with juvenile care or correctional healthcare experience are highly encouraged to apply.
