Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical DETAILS Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends Pay: $55/hour Position Type: Full-Time Location: Louisville, KY About the Registered Nurse (RN) Role – Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. – Coordinate and communicate patient care with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers. – Document patient assessments, care plans, and other critical information in compliance with nursing standards. – Administer medications safely and provide treatments within the scope of practice. – Conduct pain assessments and educate patients and families on pain management. – Perform quality care aligned with hospital and nursing department policies and procedures. – Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and treatments as needed. – Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to ensure optimal care.

– Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Nursing Diploma. – Current RN license in the state of Kentucky. – BCLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred. – Experience: Minimum of six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
