Day Treatment Assistant Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: School Year: Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Summer (Late May – Late August): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour Position Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity About the Day Treatment Assistant Role Crown Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Day Treatment Assistant to support clients in a therapeutic day treatment setting in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on ensuring the emotional, behavioral, and physical well-being of clients while helping them meet daily treatment goals. The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, and committed to providing a safe, structured environment. Key Responsibilities -Assist in implementing daily therapeutic activities and interventions -Observe and respond appropriately to the emotional and behavioral climate of the group -Record client behavior and progress alongside Day Treatment Specialists -Ensure the safety and welfare of all clients during activities and transportation -Support clients in developing life and social skills aligned with their treatment goals -Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and facility upkeep -Transport clients using company vehicles (valid driver’s license required) -Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors -Participate in training (including CPR/First Aid, CARF, and other required certifications) Qualifications -High School Diploma or equivalent required -Some college coursework preferred -Experience in behavioral health or client care strongly preferred -Valid Driver’s License required (must maintain clean driving record) -Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) -Ability to complete competency and CARF training within 6 months of employment About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
