Job Description

The Customer Sales Representative (CSR) position will harvest information from the internet, cold calling and existing accounts to develop an Excel data base for the sales team to solicit. The (CSR) will learn how to contact consumers, develop a data base and manage a portfolio of information for the sales team. The (CSR)’s main job responsibilities will include building a data base of information for the sales team to contact and providing (CSR) will use skills to develop a customer database and work with a salesperson in learning the moving industry to provide overview of company services to the customer in collecting the required information. (CSR) position skills are often expected to complete the following duties: · Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty · Follow up on cold and warm leads to collect current information · Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer · Set and meet goals related to the database development (CSR) will work in the office environment from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The (CSR)’s main job responsibility will be to build a customer data base and work directly with the sales team to grow business opportunities. (CSR) is responsible for gaining information and converting into a database that will be used to grow business opportunities. The (CSR) must have outstanding phone and exceptional organizational skills in managing the information and office time. There are a few skills and qualifications that will assist the (CSR) in their position, including: · Communication: Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial as an (CSR). The (CSR) will need to know when to talk and when to listen. · Teamwork: (CSR) will work in a teamwork environment. The (CSR) may have to interact with operations, marketing or other sales team members as needed. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the (CSR) effectively working in a team environment. · Verbal Skills: The (CSR) will need to be able to verbally communicate effectively with potential customers in gaining information to grow the database.
