Job Details: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $19.00 Hourly + $1.00 Shift Differential Overtime possible and mandatory. As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, your responsibilities will include: -Maintaining premises, lunchrooms, bathrooms, rest areas, and working areas in industrial buildings. -Performing duties such as dusting, cleaning windows, and emptying trash. -Sweeping, vacuuming, stripping wax, waxing, and buffing floors. -Cleaning grounds and removing litter. -Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies. -Participating in projects and other duties as assigned. -Ensuring all work is conducted safely. Job Requirements: -High school diploma or GED required. -Must be able to pass mathematical and tape measure testing -Experience in industrial or facilities maintenance 2 years within the last 4 years -Must have knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures (e.g., dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, waxing). -Ability to work safely and maintain a clean environment. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
