Responsibilities: -Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring all surgical tools are available -Assist in surgical procedures by passing instruments and other sterile supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants -Maintain a sterile environment and follow all infection control protocols -Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond effectively during procedures -Perform post-operative clean-up and properly dispose of used supplies Requirements: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification – REQUIRED Current CPR certification – REQUIRED Previous experience in plastic or outpatient surgical settings preferred but not required Availability to work flexible part-time hours, typically 1–3 weekdays/week depending on surgery schedule
