Crown Staffing is hiring: 2nd Shift Machine Operator – Minerva, OH
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $15.75/hr

Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Minerva team. Machine Operators play a key role in the manufacturing process, machining components and ensuring high-quality production. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and pride in producing excellent work each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run machines to produce components, verifying specifications and quality for each batch
- Use gauges and measurement tools to ensure components meet tolerances
- Make mechanical adjustments to machines as necessary to maintain quality
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, changing bits)
- Pack finished products according to instructions
- Complete required documentation and tagging for materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; exert 25–100 lbs occasionally and 10–20 lbs constantly
- Ability to push, pull, twist, reach, stand, walk, grip, and bend as required
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals)
- Knowledge of the Metric System preferred (microns, millimeters, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good attendance and reliability
- Pass pre-employment drug test
