Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Support Associate.

Line Support Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–10:45 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Florence, KY

Line Support Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Steel toe boots or shoes required (no mesh).
Must be willing to convert to a permanent employee when eligible.
Reliable attendance is required, especially during the first week of employment.
Background check and drug screen required.
High school diploma or GED is not required.

About the Line Support Associate Role

As a Line Support Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Perform assembly line work for bottled chemical products, including cleaners and detergents.
Place empty bottles on the production line for filling.
Label products and securely apply caps to finished bottles.
Assemble boxes and package finished products for shipment.
Rotate between multiple positions on the production line as needed.
Maintain production speed while following quality standards.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Keep the work area clean and support daily production goals.
