Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Support – Drum Rolling Associate.

Line Support – Drum Rolling Associate Job Details

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Location: Florence, KY

Line Support – Drum Rolling Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Must be English-speaking or bilingual with at least 80% English proficiency.
Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work.
Must maintain reliable attendance and cannot miss work during the first week.
If absent, must provide a doctor's note before 5:00 PM on the day of the absence. Failure to provide the note will result in termination of the assignment.
Must wear steel-toe footwear. Mesh shoes and composite-toe footwear are not permitted.
Must wear jeans or work pants without rips or holes. Leggings are not permitted.
Must wear all required PPE, including safety glasses, face shields, aprons, sleeves, and gloves.
Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility with open dock doors and temperatures that vary with the weather.

About the Line Support – Drum Rolling Associate Role

As a Line Support – Drum Rolling Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Roll drums off the production line.
Support daily operations in the Liquid Pack 1A department.
Assist with handling finished products and placing them onto pallets.
Follow established procedures for handling finished products weighing up to 400 pounds.
Wear all required PPE while working in the production area.
Follow workplace safety procedures when handling drums and finished products.
Maintain reliable attendance to support daily production operations.
