Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join a busy reconditioning shop servicing company inventory for both retail and wholesale operations. We are looking for a dependable and skilled mechanic who can diagnose issues accurately, complete repairs efficiently, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
- Perform general automotive repairs and preventative maintenance
- Complete brake repairs and replacements
- Perform suspension and steering repairs
- Conduct oil changes, tune-ups, and routine maintenance services
- Perform engine diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Replace engines and transmissions when necessary
- Inspect vehicles and identify recommended repairs
- Maintain accurate and quality workmanship standards
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive mechanic experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Own tools preferred
