About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to drive the growth of power semiconductors and power assemblies in the North American market.
The role is fully remote and based in the United States (to be defined based on employing entity). The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business, expanding key accounts, and positioning the company as a strategic supplier for high-power applications across industrial and energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business growth strategy for products in North America.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new customers and design-in opportunities for power semiconductors and power assemblies.
- Manage and grow key customer relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial players.
- Lead customer engagements from early technical discussions through commercial negotiations and order acquisition.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and headquarters teams to align customer needs with technical solutions.
- Provide market feedback on applications, trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within power electronics or semiconductor markets.
- Strong understanding of power semiconductors, power modules, or power assemblies and their industrial applications.
- Ability to engage confidently with engineering, purchasing, and management teams.
- Demonstrated success in new business acquisition (“hunter” mindset).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel frequently within North America.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical education background (Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar).
- Experience selling into applications such as:
- Industrial drives and inverters
- Power conversion systems
- Energy, transportation, or heavy industrial markets
- Existing network within the North American power electronics ecosystem.
- Experience working with international headquarters and manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting.

Compensation
Our absolute maximum budget for this role is a Total Target Compensation (TTC) of $156,000.
- Base Salary: $130,000
- Target Bonus (Capped MBO): $26,000
