Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–10:45 PM
Pay Rate: Based on experience

Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Steel toe boots required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor production processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
About the Operator Role
As an Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise production line operations.
- Ensure materials and supplies are available to keep the line running.
- Monitor team placement and production activities.
- Track materials and inventory moving in and out of the production line.
- Support daily production goals and quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate production needs and concerns to leadership.
- Assist with overall line efficiency and workflow.
