Crown Staffing is hiring Electronics & Production Associates in Moraine, OH! We are seeking detail-oriented, dependable individuals who enjoy working independently in a quiet, organized environment.
Job Details: Electronics & Production Associate
- Location: Moraine, OH
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- 6AM-2:30PM, Monday- Friday
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between similar parts and product numbers.
- Basic math, computer, and email skills required.
- Ability to enter information into an ERP system and follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Must be flexible, willing to learn, and comfortable performing a variety of repetitive tasks.
- Previous machine operation experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a very quiet environment.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Light lifting duties are available.
- Must be able to perform physical activities as required, including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, kneeling, and other movements.
About the Role
As an Electronics & Production Associate, you will support electronics assembly, calibration room activities, production tracking, and shipment preparation. This position involves repetitive tasks that require precision, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the electronics and calibration rooms.
- Assemble electronic monitoring devices, including cases, labels, and battery installation.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, including paperwork, labeling, safe handling of customer equipment, boxing, and packaging.
- Enter production information into an ERP system to assist with operation tracking.
- Follow written procedures and work instructions carefully, ensuring the correct parts and components are selected.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep of laboratory and production work areas.
- Use equipment and supplies efficiently to conserve resources.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards, including applicable ISO and FDA requirements.
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
