Located- Earth City
Position Title: Shipping Associate
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Monday – Friday Sometimes saturdays
Position Summary
The Shipping Associate ensures customer orders are accurate, complete, and ready for shipment. This role verifies orders, scans packages into the warehouse management system, and processes shipments through dimensioning and labeling equipment to support on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer orders against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Scan packages using RF scanners and update the warehouse system.
- Operate dimensioning equipment to capture package size and weight.
- Label packages and ensure they meet carrier requirements.
- Stage completed orders for shipment and maintain organized shipping areas.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Ability to use RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight.
