Job Overview:
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver/Material Handler to transport and manage materials between company buildings and facilities. This role involves handling composite and aerospace-grade materials, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are transported and staged safely.

This role involves handling composite and aerospace-grade materials, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are transported and staged safely.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $22+ per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a non-CDL company truck to move materials between nearby sites
- Load, secure, unload, and stage materials to prevent damage
- Handle raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods as needed
- Verify materials, quantities, and documentation during transfers
- Follow all safety, quality, and aerospace compliance procedures
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist warehouse and production teams with staging, organization, and inventory support
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or composite materials environments preferred
- Familiarity with material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
- Basic understanding of production or inventory flow
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving non-CDL commercial or box trucks preferred
- Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow written and verbal instructions independently
