Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a busy warehouse operation. This position works closely with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and the corporate team to ensure accurate order processing, customer support, reporting, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, drivers, and visitors
- Manage customer orders, inventory records, and material handling documentation
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
- Assist with issue resolution and customer communications
- Enter data accurately and complete time-sensitive reports
- Monitor inventory levels and track load progress
- Check drivers in and out, assign dock doors, and print shipping documents
- Obtain release numbers, trailer information, and destination details
- Prepare customer delivery reports and communicate shipment updates
- Maintain accurate records and support invoicing processes
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365
- AS400 experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without accommodation
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
