Janitorial Technician Requirements
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to perform hands-on physical work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow cleaning instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Wax, strip, buff, and polish flooring as assigned.
- Scrub, clean, and sanitize restroom facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness of offices, classrooms, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and gathering areas.
- Remove trash and replace liners as needed.
- Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Report maintenance, supply, or safety concerns.
- Perform additional janitorial duties as assigned.
