Production Operator – 1st & 3rd Shift
Georgetown, KY
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Pay and Shift Information
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | $17.00/hour
- 12-hour shifts
- Two days on/two days off rotating schedule
- Includes every other weekend
Production Operator Requirements
- At least six months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Previous experience working 12-hour shifts preferred
- Stable work history preferred
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend
- Basic ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Key Responsibilities
- Remove finished products from production presses.
- Clean, trim, and inspect parts according to quality standards.
- Assemble components using hand tools and established product guidelines.
- Use chisels, mallets, drills, scrapers, torches, and other assigned tools safely.
- Identify and report damaged or nonconforming products.
- Record scrap materials accurately and place them in designated areas.
- Follow all work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
