Georgetown, KY
Pay:
- 1st Shift: $16.00/hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- 3rd Shift: $17.00/hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Rotating Schedule (2 days on / 2 days off)
Note: Includes every other weekend

About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in Shelbyville, KY. In this role, you will remove, clean, inspect, and assemble products to meet quality and customer standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove finished products from presses
- Clean, trim, and inspect parts to meet quality standards
- Assemble components using hand tools and product guidelines
- Record scrap and place in designated areas
- Follow all work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals and team operations
Equipment Used
- Production machinery
- Hand tools such as chisels, mallets, drills, scrapers, and torches
Requirements
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Stable work history preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends
- Basic ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
