About the Pick & Packer Role
Crown Staffing in Shelbyville, KY is seeking reliable Pick & Packers to support warehouse operations. This role involves selecting products, scanning items, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to order requirements
- Scan items using an RF scanner or hand scanner
- Verify product accuracy and quantities before packing
- Prepare items for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues
Equipment Used
- Computer systems
- RF / handheld scanners
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Warehouse or order picking experience preferred but not required
