Warehouse Associate
Location: Lexington, KY
Pay Information
- Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
- After 90 Days: $15.75/hour
- After 6 Months: $16.00/hour
- After 12 Months: $16.25/hour
- After 24 Months: $16.75/hour
Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Warehouse Associate Requirements
- No previous experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer or warehouse-management-system experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team
- Commitment to workplace-safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products and materials according to customer orders.
- Complete pick-and-pack assignments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle loose freight based on daily operational needs.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Verify product numbers and quantities for accuracy.
- Process orders using handheld scanners and warehouse-management-system equipment.
- Report damaged products, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
- Support picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and other warehouse functions as assigned.
- Perform additional warehouse duties based on operational needs.
