Resource Management Team Member
Location: Georgetown, KY
Pay: $18.00–$18.90/hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Possible and may be mandatory

Schedule Information
1st Shift
- 6:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
2nd Shift
- 5:30 PM–2:00 AM
- Monday–Friday
Resource Management Team Member Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and request assistance with heavier items
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and teamwork
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety procedures and established protocols.
- Collect carts, boxes, and containers from designated areas.
- Transport collected materials to the processing facility.
- Accurately document collection and transportation activities.
- Sort, organize, and stage materials as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S standards.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Work with other departments to support daily operational needs.
- Report safety concerns, damaged materials, and process issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform additional resource-management and facility duties as assigned.
