Warehouse Associate
Lexington, KY
Starting Pay: $15.50/hour

Schedule Information

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Progression

  • Starting pay: $15.50/hour
  • After 90 days: $15.75/hour
  • After 6 months: $16.00/hour
  • After 12 months: $16.25/hour
  • After 24 months: $16.75/hour

Warehouse Associate Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • High school diploma preferred but not required
  • Previous warehouse, computer, or warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and process orders accurately
  • Willingness to perform different warehouse tasks based on daily needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and process customer orders.
  • Handle loose freight and load or unload trucks as assigned.
  • Use handheld scanners and WMS equipment to complete warehouse tasks.
  • Check orders for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Support other warehouse operations as needed.
