Production Worker – 2nd Shift
Shelbyville, KY
Pay: $16.50–$16.80/hour

Schedule Information
- Monday–Friday
- 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Production Worker Requirements
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and established procedures
- Attention to detail when measuring, assembling, and inspecting components
- Ability to use production tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Willingness to complete training and learn different production tasks
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and keeping work areas clean
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production processes according to standardized work instructions.
- Gather materials, tools, and equipment needed for each task.
- Align and assemble parts by hand or with production equipment.
- Take precision measurements and inspect components for quality.
- Complete process control, startup, and operator maintenance checks.
- Adjust jobs and machines according to work instructions.
- Complete scheduled die changes.
- Record daily production output and maintain scrap and efficiency charts.
- Follow safety rules, wear required protective equipment, and adhere to environmental procedures.
- Report production or equipment problems to a team leader or supervisor.
- Help keep work areas clean and suggest improvements to production processes.
- Perform other assigned production tasks.
