Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Rehabilitation – Nights
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $56.25/hour

Schedule Information
- Night shift
- 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts
Acute Rehabilitation RN Requirements
- Active Kentucky RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of recent nursing experience
- Acute-care or inpatient rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
- Strong patient-assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies
- Ability to develop and update individualized nursing care plans
- Ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
- Strong clinical-documentation and patient-education skills
- Effective communication and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to rehabilitation care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to acute-rehabilitation patients during the night shift.
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments.
- Monitor patients and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Support patients’ rehabilitation goals and recovery plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other clinical professionals.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments, recovery, and ongoing care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow all medication-safety, infection-control, patient-safety, and facility procedures.
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned.

About the Acute Rehabilitation RN Role
Crown Staffing is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for a one-year, night-shift acute-rehabilitation contract in Louisville, KY. This position provides direct nursing care to patients recovering from serious illnesses, injuries, surgeries, and other conditions requiring intensive rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of recent nursing experience, an active Kentucky RN license, current BLS certification, and a collaborative approach to working with physicians, therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals.
