Monday – Friday | 3pm-11pm | Pay rate: $19hr + $1.50 shift differential

Machine Operator Requirements

Prior experience in a manufacturing, coating, or paint line environment preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
Understanding of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.

About the Machine Operator Role

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Operate paint line equipment including wash stations, drying ovens, paint booths, and curing ovens.
Hang, mask, unmask, and remove metal parts from racks or conveyor lines.
Prepare parts for coating by cleaning, sanding, or wiping surfaces as required.
Monitor paint thickness, color, and finish quality to meet specifications.
Mix and load paints, powders, or coatings according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
Inspect finished parts for defects, runs, or inconsistencies and report any quality issues.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of paint line equipment and work area.
Track production counts and record process data accurately.
Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality inspectors.
