Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: A Shift – 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, 2-on/3-off rotation
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Lebanon, OH
Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
- Ability to safely operate production equipment and machinery.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to complete quality checks and production paperwork accurately.
- Basic math skills required.
- Strong attention to quality and safety.
- Ability to perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Steel-toed shoes required.
- Ability to perform physical manufacturing and production duties.
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate production equipment and machinery.
- Support daily manufacturing operations while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Perform quality inspections and record production data.
- Identify and report quality or safety concerns.
- Follow established work instructions and production standards.
- Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete line changeovers and tool changes as needed.
- Load components into production equipment.
- Assemble automotive brake components according to established standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality.
- Load and unload parts from machines.
- Monitor production equipment and maintain required cycle times.
- Support plating operations by loading and unloading parts.
- Monitor process standards and move materials throughout production.
- Perform housekeeping and 5S activities.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
