Crown Staffing is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a stable, union manufacturing environment in Lebanon, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, long-term growth, and a strong team-focused culture.
Pay Range (Based on Skill & Experience)
- Maintenance Tech I: $29.30/hour
- Maintenance Tech II: $31.30/hour
- Maintenance Tech III: $33.30/hour
Starting level and pay are determined by experience and demonstrated skill.
Essential Functions
- Perform skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment
- Maintain and repair electrical systems including panels, wiring, motors, starters, and circuits
- Install and service industrial electrical controls up to 480V three-phase systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines and work centers
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, bucket lifts, and power tools
- Support continuous improvement efforts including Lean, 5S, Kanban, and waste reduction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety programs and performance standards
- Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
- Maintain a positive attitude and support team objectives
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and varying temperatures
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking
- Occasional sitting, climbing, kneeling, and balancing
- Frequent use of hands and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Vision requirements include close, distant, peripheral, and depth perception
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-year technical degree in maintenance or related industrial field preferred
- 2–3 years of industrial or automotive maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to operate a propane-powered forklift preferred
- Experience in lean or JIT manufacturing environments a plus
