Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembly Associate.
Assembly Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Assembly Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Prior small-parts assembly experience required.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
- ERP or WMS system experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
- Ability to use common hand and assembly tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at various stages of production.
- Ability to accurately count and handle large quantities of materials.
- Ability to coordinate material flow for production builds.
- Ability to operate powered lift equipment.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the facility.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
About the Assembly Associate Role
As an Assembly Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble small components using manual and automated processes.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including heat stakers, ultrasonic welders, and tray sealers.
- Package finished products according to established work instructions.
- Inspect products and manufacturing processes to ensure quality and compliance.
- Follow Material Control Quality System Procedures for labeling, handling, and storing materials and components.
- Complete material movement entries accurately using SAP.
- Restock returned materials into inventory.
- Coordinate, stage, and kit materials according to production orders.
- Support material flow for production builds.
- Initiate, maintain, and complete required production and quality documentation.
- Use hand and assembly tools to complete assigned work.
- Maintain accurate material counts.
- Follow established quality, manufacturing, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.
