Pay: $18.00/hour during training | $18.50/hour after training completion and transfer to 2nd shift
Schedule: Training Shift – Monday through Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift – Monday through Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

Crown Staffing is hiring a General Laborer for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Springfield, KY. This role supports production operations within a manufacturing environment and involves working with feed production, bagging, conveyor systems, and palletizing materials.

Candidates will begin training on 1st shift for approximately one month before transitioning to 2nd shift upon successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor feed bags as they fill during production
• Guide filled bags across the conveyor belt for sealing
• Lift and stack 55 lb bags onto pallets
• Maintain production flow and assist with general labor duties
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
