Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Glass Production Associate.
Glass Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Glass Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous construction experience required.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physical production and assembly duties.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures.
- Closed-toed shoes required.
- Reliable personal transportation required; rideshare transportation is not permitted.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
About the Glass Production Associate Role
As a Glass Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Work in the glazing department assembling windows.
- Perform window assembly duties on a production line.
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
- Use hand and power tools to complete assigned work.
- Handle and position glass and window components.
- Assemble window components according to specifications.
- Lift and move materials throughout the production process.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain an efficient production pace.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow established production and safety procedures.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
