Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Production Operator.

Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Location: Lebanon, OH

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent education, training, or experience.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in an automotive manufacturing and machining environment.
  • Comfortable working around gas, oil, and chemicals.
  • Ability to read and understand safety, operating, and maintenance instructions written in English.
  • Ability to record production and quality data accurately.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to perform quality inspections and measurements.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Operate production and machining equipment.
  • Load and unload castings into machines.
  • Operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-drills.
  • Machine castings according to established standards and cycle times.
  • Perform quality inspections and measurements.
  • Record production and quality data accurately.
  • Identify quality issues and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment startup checks.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Identify machine problems and assist maintenance personnel when needed.
  • Perform line and tool changes as required.
  • Load and unload castings during the plating process.
  • Monitor and maintain established plating process standards.
  • Move production materials between machining, plating, and assembly areas.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform 5S and general housekeeping duties.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Communicate production or equipment concerns to leadership.
  • Support different areas of the manufacturing process as needed.
