Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

About the Visual Inspector Role
Crown Staffing is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Visual Inspectors to support production operations in Hodgenville, KY. This role is responsible for inspecting parts for defects, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate documentation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and working in a team-focused manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspections according to work instructions and quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects while maintaining production pace
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
- Notify Quality leadership of any defects or issues
- Ensure packaging and final documentation meet customer requirements
- Inspect parts using FIFO (First In, First Out) process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (3S standards)
- Process materials efficiently in accordance with ISO 9001 standards
- Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
- High attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- ISO 9001 experience or training preferred
