Machine Operator Details

Location: Hodgenville, KY

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour

Schedule: 5:30pm-4:00am or 7:00am-7:00pm

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

-Complete adherence to customer part requirements by performing

manufacturing processes, measurements, and reporting per work

instructions and ISO 9001 requirements.

-Following ALL Company policies, procedures and safety guidelines, including PPE

-Operating machines according to company work instructions/procedures

-Taking start up and finish parts to contour within the timeframe requirement.

-Perform adjustments to machine based on measurement data/ work closely with

CPI to achieve Company quality goals.

-Completing all required checks (machine, quality, etc.) and filling out paperwork

required for these checks daily.

-Notify Sub-Leader of any issues related to quality and machine operation

Immediately.

-Keep machines free of shavings throughout shift and maintain housekeeping of

machines and work area.

-Assist with training of new employees.

-Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.

Machine Operator Requirements

-Good work ethic

-Basic Math skills

-ISO 9001 training
