Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience

Technical Parts Sales Representative Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience preferred
- Technical sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of packaging equipment or a related industry preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Experience using CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
- ERP experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus
- Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions effectively
- Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
About the Technical Parts Sales Representative Role
As a Technical Parts Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service
- Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and targeted sales campaigns
- Consulting with customers regarding aftermarket parts, products, and services
- Understanding customer equipment needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Managing and expanding customer accounts through active engagement and follow-up
- Developing and maintaining customer databases and sales pipelines
- Working closely with customer service, sales teams, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilizing CRM tools and sales systems to track opportunities and customer interactions
- Assisting with special projects, reporting, and other sales-related initiatives
