Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Bindery Worker.
Bindery Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr

Bindery Worker Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Must have excellent attendance history.
- Ability to read and understand work orders.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive bending and twisting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Small hands preferred for this position due to the nature of the work.
About the Bindery Worker Role
As a Bindery Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Learn and operate small machines used in book production.
- Perform handwork tasks including separating pages and assembling products.
- Assist with book binding, spiraling, and finishing processes.
- Operate equipment such as stitchers, drills, coil makers, laminators, and perf/crease machines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Complete rework and repairs as needed.
- Assist on packaging lines.
- Box and unbox materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all production and safety procedures.
